This notice covers the public Worlds at Will interest page at worldsatwill.com. The game application and private staging environment do not receive information from this signup.

What we collect

If you join the interest list, we collect your email address, your consent to receive updates, and the dates associated with signup and confirmation. MailerLite may also process limited technical data needed to deliver the form, prevent abuse, and send email.

Why we use it

We use this information only to send occasional Worlds at Will development milestones, playtest invitations, and launch updates. We rely on the consent you give when submitting the form, and the double opt-in email confirms that consent.

Where it is processed

MailerLite hosts and processes the interest list on our behalf. No signup data is placed in the TextRPG game database. You can review MailerLite’s privacy policy for information about its processing practices.

Retention and sharing

We retain your active subscription until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it. A limited suppression record may remain so that an opt-out is honored. We do not sell the interest list or share it for third-party advertising.

Your choices

Every update includes an unsubscribe link. You may also request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support@worldsatwill.com.

Worlds at Will does not place analytics or advertising cookies on this public page. MailerLite’s hosted signup and confirmation steps are governed by MailerLite’s own privacy and cookie practices.

Changes
